Mr. Burberry by Burberry Review

This is my Mr. Burberry by Burberry Review. The new Mr. Burberry by Burberry is launched and what do I think of this new one from the British house of Burberry? Well this is certainly an attempt at Burberry for finding their own version of Bleu de Chanel or Sauvage by Dior which was certainly disappointing on first spray. But glad I decided to pick up a sample to test out as it won me over from my initial wearing of this very clean, masculine release from Burberry.

The notes in this one are more difficult than easy to detect but I can certainly pick up the juicy grapefruit in this one with some spices at the top then most of the fragrance because woody but not quite certain I can tell what kinds of woods these are as the notes seem a bit too mashed, mixed etc so the notes don’t stand out. And finally in the drydown is where I enjoyed this one. Mr. Burberry dried down to a creamy, slightly buttery woody dry down and I believe that was from the gaiac wood note in the base. I kept wanting to smell my hand as it smelled great in the drydown. So I’m really enjoying this one by Burberry, Mr. Burberry. Again it’s nothing groundbreaking but a decent release and I can’t wait to wear this one come the summer warm months as this will shine best in those months.
